You use the Service entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for:
- • Verifying the accuracy of all data and outputs before use
- • Determining whether the Service is suitable for your intended use
- • Implementing your own validation, testing, and quality control procedures
- • Not relying on the Service for any critical, safety-sensitive, or high-stakes applications

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account.
4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your Account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Using strong, unique passwords

4.6 Account Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for violation of these Terms, as described in Section 17 (Term, Suspension, and Termination).
5. Device Registration
5.1 Device Registration Process

5.7 Device Limits
We may impose reasonable limits on the number of Devices that can be registered to your Account, which may vary based on your Subscription plan.
6. License Grant and Restrictions

- Authentication: Strong authentication requirements including password complexity and optional multi-factor authentication
- Monitoring: Security monitoring, logging, and intrusion detection to identify potential threats
- Database security: PostgreSQL database hardening, network isolation, and access logging
- Regular updates: Timely security patches and updates to all systems
IMPORTANT: These security measures are described for transparency but are NOT WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES. See Section 12.2 (Security Limitations) and Section 14.1 (Disclaimer of Warranties) for important limitations. We do not warrant that these measures will prevent all security incidents.
12.2 Security Limitations
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur.
12.3 Your Security Responsibilities

This is a target, not a guarantee. We do not currently offer service level agreements (SLAs) with credits or penalties for the Free, Standard, or Professional tiers. Enterprise customers may negotiate SLAs separately.
13.2 Planned Maintenance
We will make reasonable efforts to:
- Schedule maintenance during low-traffic periods (typically nights/weekends in U.S. timezones)
- Provide at least 48 hours notice for planned maintenance via email and service status page
- Minimize the duration of maintenance windows (typically 1-4 hours)
